Why no quote for Haiti?
Haiti is under a Level 4 travel advisory. Most travel policies exclude or restrict countries at that level, and we would rather have a licensed agent explain exactly what is and is not covered than sell you something online that might not pay out.
When should I buy?
Cancel-for-any-reason benefits usually require buying within 14 days of your first trip payment. Standard cancellation cover can be bought any time before departure.
Does my credit card already cover this?
Some cards include trip cancellation or delay benefits when you pay with the card. Check your card's guide to benefits; we cannot advise on it.
Who pays claims?
The underwriter, not Jetvala. The policy number and the underwriter's claim contact are on your policy documents.
