Built for the trip home

Jetvala started with a simple observation: the people who fly most often between the United States and Haiti get the worst service. Fares change without explanation, baggage rules differ by airline and by season, and when a flight is cancelled at 9 pm there is nobody to call who speaks your language. We built Jetvala to fix that.

We sell real airline tickets, issued by the airline with a booking reference you can check on the airline's own website. The total price is the first number you see. Our service fee is a separate line, shown before you pay, and it buys you a person: on WhatsApp, on the phone or by email, in English, Kreyòl or French, before, during and after the trip.

We are operated by Jetvala Travel LLC in Plainfield, New Jersey, a company with roots in New Jersey's Haitian community. We started with Cap-Haïtien because that is where the need was in 2026, and we are adding the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Paris and West Africa because that is where our families fly next.

We tell the truth about Haiti. When the State Department says Level 4, we say Level 4. When a route is three times a week, we say what happens if the flight is cancelled. We would rather lose a booking than pretend.
