Baggage policy
Economy on US routes includes two checked bags of 23 kg each plus a 7 kg carry-on. A third bag costs about $150. Bags over 32 kg are not accepted.
Changes and refunds
Most economy fares allow changes for about $150 to $250 plus fare difference; refunds carry a penalty unless a flexible fare is purchased. 24 hour free cancellation on US-sold tickets.
