Caribbean Airlines, the Trinidad and Tobago flag carrier, is a major airline at Kingston and flies nonstop between Jamaica and Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and New York. It has no Haiti service.
Baggage policy
Lite fares include a carry-on only. Classic fares include one checked bag of 50 lb; Flex includes two. Extra bags cost about $45 to $75; overweight up to 70 lb about $75.
Changes and refunds
Lite fares are non-changeable. Classic changes cost about $75 plus fare difference; Flex is changeable without fee. 24 hour free cancellation on US-sold tickets.
Notes for Haiti and Caribbean travelers
For Kingston from Miami, Caribbean Airlines is often the cheapest all-in choice once a checked bag is counted, and its aircraft are the same 737 family as American's.
